Shipping policy

We ship all our orders with french posts (La Poste).
Here are our different rates and indicative delivery times depending on your location :

• France : 5,25€ (2-4 days)
• EU + UK : 9,99€ (3-6 days)
• Europe (outside EU) : 16,99€ (3-6 days)
• World : 16,99€ (7-13 days)

(Processing time is 1-3 days)

Last-mile delivery is handled by a partner who depends on your delivery location (usually your national post office).

As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll give you a tracking number that can be used throughout the delivery process.

Refund policy

We offer a refund and/or exchange within 14 days of receiving
your purchase. Please email us at orders@wargamerminis.com to process
the return.

Conditions :

• All items (except gift cards) are eligible for refund/exchange.
• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email
to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also
notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved,
then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be
applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few
days.
